What is authorized today

The current scope is read-only measurement of Robinhood Chain launch activity. Public event history allows retrospective collection. The Phase-0 plan also includes a launch sample and written research notes.

The local repository establishes this scope; it does not yet supply a completed public dataset or a deployed analytics dashboard. No completed daily series is claimed here.

How the count should be constructed

Count launch events inside a declared UTC period, preserving block and transaction identity. Backfilled history and a later daily collection should follow the same definition.

For the proposed measurement, deduplicate by transaction hash and log index, retain the block range, and check collection coverage before comparing periods. Incomplete coverage must remain missing data rather than a reported zero.

Daily launch count — planned definition

L(d) = count(unique launch events within UTC day d)

This is the measurement definition for the plan, not a claim of an implemented dashboard metric. A count alone does not establish quality, demand, or profitability.

What the research should decide

The research review is scheduled for 15 October 2026. It asks whether market activity persists after the waiver and whether further product work is justified.

A dashboard build still depends on evidence, prospective buyers, and a viable operating budget. The planned Free + Pro model does not turn the review date into a launch promise.
